A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking once confirmed in writing. Airport, wedding, coach, multi-vehicle and brokered bookings require the full balance before travel. Your written quote confirms the payment deadline.
Cancellation: more than 30 days, deposit retained; 14–30 days, 50%; 7–13 days, 75%; fewer than 7 days or no-show, 100% of the booking price.
Flight delays: tracked with no extra waiting charge. Customer delays: 15 minutes free, then £20 per 30 minutes. Extra stops and route changes may incur additional charges.
